Players can purchase a Bank Deposit Safe from the Prevalia Market under the Misc category. Players can drop Gold, Bank Checks, Doubloons, or Prevalia Coins onto a Bank Deposit Safe to deposit them into their Bank Box. Players can see their current balance(s) by clicking on the Bank Deposit Safe.

Players can acquire Craftsman's Toolboxes which may be used to consolidate the "Uses Remaining" amounts among a number of similar items in a player's backpack to conserve container space. Craftsman's Toolboxs can be purchased from the Prevalia Merchant under the "Misc" Category.

Guilds can use Guild Prestige to purchase a custom built Guild House. Custom Guild Houses are designed by Owyn with input from the purchasing guild. Custom Guild Houses can be placed on land, at a boat house dock, or on a custom guild island (purchased with Guild Prestige).

Players can acquire Flooring Racks to organize and store Carpet, Rug, and Floor Tiles. Flooring Racks can be purchased from the Prevalia Merchant under the "Misc" Category. Flooring Racks can be dyed with Furniture Dye.

Players can purchase Furniture Dye Removers from the Prevalia Market under the Misc Items category. Furniture Dye Remover can be used to remove the dyed hue from any Furniture item or Addon Deed in the player's backpack.

Players can acquire House Sign Restyle Deeds which can be used to permanently unlock new Sign types for a house. Players can double-click the deed from their backpack, while inside a house they are owners or co-owners of, to unlock the style (and consume the deed).

Players may own one house per account. Characters on the same account as a homeowner are treated as Co-Owners to that house. There are over 150 different homes, inns, house boats, orc forts and more! Click here to view all the Houses! Players also have the option of Rental Rooms.

Players who have two or more "qualifying" houses across all of their accounts (by OutlandsID) will now be subject to paying Housing Taxes. This system will go into effect on April 15, 2025. Players will not accumulate any taxes until the system goes into effect.

Can be purchased from an Architect NPC for 500 Gold. Can be used to Rotate, Raise, Lower, Lockdown and Release items in your home. Allows for X/Y movement of items. Movement of items with the Interior Decorator requires the destination location to have a Line of Sight to the original location.

Players can acquire Landscaping Tileboxes to organize and store Landscaping Tiles (such as Water Tiles, Snow Tiles, Grass Tiles, etc). Landscaping Tileboxes can be purchased from the Prevalia Merchant under the "Misc" Category.

Players can purchase Classic Public Display Cases and Velvet Public Display Cases from the Prevalia Market under the Furniture category. Display Cases are containers that allow any player (even if not Friends of the house) to open and view the contents of the container.

Players now have the ability to Rent a Rental Room from Innkeepers in any town (including Corpse Creek, Shelter Island, and Sanctuary). Players may only utilize the Rental Room system if they do not currently have a House on their account.
