The Last Colony

Their perseverance was rewarded when they stumbled upon a series of lava flows deep within the abyss. These fiery rivers illuminated the darkness with their flickering light and provided much-needed warmth in the chill of the abyss. Here, amidst the glow of the lava, the colonists decided to make their final home. They began to construct their new settlement, carving buildings and defenses from the black obsidian stone that surrounded them.

Over the following decades, the Last Colony grew and flourished. The descendants of the original colonists took up residence in this new settlement, their lives shaped by the harsh realities of their surroundings. They built a new Hall of Virtues, a place of reflection and reverence where the virtues were upheld and honored. They also erected a tomb in honor of Sir Cabirus, the hero who had scarified himself for their survival and perished defending the idea that we all come together and work in unity against the darkness. Today, the Last Colony is the only refuge in Time."
